UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Transplant Senior for a nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin.

Work Schedule:

100% FTE salaried position. The scheduled shifts are Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Hours are based off the operational  needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital located in Madison, WI.

We are seeking an RN Senior Liver Transplant Coordinator to:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
Work Experience
  • 5 years as a transplant coordinator Required
Licenses & Certifications
  • Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
  • ABTC certification as Clinical Transplant Coordinator Upon Hire Required
